Once you have chosen a facility, the next step is to schedule your treatment. This can be done through our website, or by contacting one of our patient coordinators directly. Our coordinators will work with you to schedule your treatment at a time that is convenient for you and to ensure that all necessary preparations are made in advance.
Before you travel to Turkey for treatment, we recommend that you visit your primary care physician to ensure that you are in good health and ready for treatment. Your doctor can also provide you with any necessary medical records or documents that you may need while in Turkey.
When you arrive in Turkey, one of our patient coordinators will meet you at the airport and provide transportation to your accommodation. If you have chosen to stay in a hotel, our coordinators will assist you with the check-in process. If you have chosen to stay in a hospital or clinic, our coordinators will show you to your room and introduce you to your healthcare team.
During your treatment, our coordinators will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have and to assist you with anything you need. They will also arrange any additional activities or excursions that you may be interested in, such as sightseeing or cultural events.
After your treatment is complete, our coordinators will assist you with the check-out process and provide transportation back to the airport for your return trip home.
